Camp is available for young actors ages 5yrs and older.

Tuition

Base tuition for the four week camp and performances is $650.

Discounts are available for early registration - more information below

Those who have not participated with Bluffton Youth Theatre in 2025 must also pay a $25 registration fee**

There will be no refunds once payment is made

*All payments made by credit card will also have a 2.9% processing fee​​

Dates and Times

The camp/performances for The Little Mermaid JR will start on Monday, July 7th and end on Sunday, August 3rd.

Camp will be Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm.

Performances will be held July 31st - August 3rd

Campers must be available for all performances and miss no more than 2 camp days (not including emergencies) in order to be a part of the show/camp.

Auditioning for a Speaking Part

Auditions are not required for all potential campers, however if a camper wants a speaking part in the shows, they must send an audition video by June 23rd. Please indicate if you are planning to send an audition in your registration form.

Campers that do not send an audition video before the due date will be assigned a non speaking role in the show.

Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up

If enough interest arises, campers may be brought an hour early or picked up an hour late for an additional $10 per hour, per day.

If you would like to sign up for additional pick up times, make sure to mark it on your registration form!

Payment is due 1 week after invoice is received.

There will be no refunds for this fee even if your child does not come on the days indicated.

Registration Deadlines

All forms must filled out in their entirety and payment must be made by the due date on the invoice in order to get the inital fee.

 Registration Deadline: March 1st 

     If campers are signed up fully and tuition is paid by the invoice due date, you will receive a $50 discount.

Early Registration Deadline: April 1st 

     If campers are signed up fully and tuition is paid by the invoice due date, you will receive a $25 discount.

On-Time Registration Deadline: May 12th 

     Campers must be registered and tuition paid by the invoice due date in order to avoid a late fee.

Extended Deadline Information:  June 1st

     Campers may register after the initial deadlines, but you will be charged a $25 late fee.

Last Minute Deadline Information:  July 6th

     This is the last day to register, but you will be charged a $50 late fee and the camper will not be eligible for a speaking role.

Note: All forms must be completed in full in order to qualify for the discounts above. Payment must then be made by one week after invoice is received or the discount will be forfeit.

*Invoices may take 3 - 5 days to arrive after forms are received

If payment is not received by one week after invoice received, then registration is null and void and no discounts will be applied.

Sign Up Requirements

*If signing up for multiple camps, only one set of forms is required

In order to register for camp, you must fill out the following forms: registration form, photo release, and parent contract.

Both the photo release and contract will need a signature and can be completed on the BYT website. The registration form will be using Google Forms. 

All forms need to be submitted in order to sign up and receive an invoice

If payment and requirements are not received by the one week deadline, then registration is null and void.
