The Artistry of Wonderland is a morning only camp and will be held from 9am - 12pm.

Tuition

$225* for The Artistry of Wonderland or $325* for both The Artistry of Wonderland and There's More Than Meets The Eye. 

Those who are new to Bluffton Youth Theatre must also pay a $25 registration fee**.

*All payments made by credit card will also have a 2.9% processing fee

**The $25 registration fee is good for all programs for 1 calendar year

Dates and Times

The Artistry of Wonderland will start on Monday, June 24th and end on Friday, June 28th.

It will be held in the morning only from 9am - 12pm.

Session Description

Wake up your creative side! Join with the BYT designers and learn the art of building scenery, making props and designing costumes for the upcoming show of “Alice in Wonderland”. You will learn just how the creative side of the theatre works while helping make a show come to life!

Sign up for There's More Than Meets the Eye to get a $125 discount ($325 for both sessions).

Early Drop Off

If enough interest arises, we will open the camp early. An additional $10/hr per child will be added to your tuition. If you would like to sign up for additional drop off times, make sure to mark it on your registration form!

Payment is due 1 week after invoice is received.

There will be no refunds for this fee even if your child does not come on the days indicated.

Registration Deadlines

*Payment and forms are both due by the deadline in order to be registered

Early Registration Deadline: May 1st. 

     If campers are signed up fully and tuition is ready to be paid, you will receive a $25 discount on your tuition.

On-Time Registration Deadline: June 1st. 

     If the camper is not fully registered and paid by the deadline, there will be a $25 late registration fee.

Extended Deadline Information:  June 24th

     For any campers registered after June 1st but before the first day of camp, you will be charged a $25 late fee.

Note: It may take 3 - 5 days to receive invoice after signing up for camp. If invoice is received after deadline has passed, it will not disqualify you from any discounts as long as payment is received by one week after invoice is received. 

If payment is not received by one week after invoice received, then registration is null and void and no discounts will be applied.

Sign Up Requirements

*If signing up for multiple camps, only one set of forms is required

In order to register for camp, you must fill out the following forms: registration form, photo release, and parent contract.

Both the photo release and contract will need a signature and can be completed on the BYT website. The registration form will be using Google Forms. 

All forms need to be submitted in order to sign up and receive an invoice

If payment and requirements are not received by the one week deadline, then registration is null and void.

Discount Information

Double Session Discount:

     If a camper is signed up for both The Artistry of Wonderland and There's More Than Meets the Eye, they will receive a $125 discount

     ($325 for both sessions instead of $450)

Early Registration Discount:

     If the camper is fully registered and paid by May 1st, they will receive a $25 discount
